Eligible Family Members

The programme permits qualifying family applications that may include:

  • Spouse
  • Dependent children
  • Dependent parents and grandparents
  • Eligible siblings

IMA Grenada confirms that dependants are generally required to be financially dependent on the principal applicant, and there is no fixed maximum number of qualifying family members that may be included, provided they meet the applicable dependant definition.

Investment Options

National Transformation Fund (NTF)

Applicants may make a non-refundable contribution to Grenada's National Transformation Fund, which supports national development initiatives.

Minimum contribution: USD 235,000

Approved Project / Real Estate Investment

Applicants may alternatively invest in a Government-approved project, most commonly an approved real estate development.

Current qualifying options include:

  • USD 350,000 minimum investment in an approved project; or
  • USD 270,000 for a qualifying share in an eligible approved tourism accommodation project, subject to applicable conditions
