Investment Requirement

Applicants must make a qualifying investment of at least €300,000, excluding VAT where applicable.

Depending on the category selected, qualifying investments may include approved forms of:

• Residential property
• Other real estate
• Share capital in a Cyprus company
• Units in qualifying Cyprus investment organisations

For the residential property route, the applicant must provide evidence of the qualifying purchase and official payment documentation in accordance with the programme requirements.

Financial Requirements

The principal applicant must demonstrate a secure annual income of at least €50,000.

The required annual income increases by:

• €15,000 for the spouse
• €10,000 for each dependent minor child

The source and treatment of income depend partly on the selected investment category.

Family Inclusion

Eligible family members may generally include:

• Spouse
• Dependent children under the applicable programme rules

The Cyprus Migration Department separately recognises spouses and children under 18 as dependent family members of an Immigration Permit holder, while additional provisions may apply to certain older dependent children.
