São Tomé and Príncipe Citizenship by Investment
São Tomé and Príncipe has introduced a Citizenship by Investment Program designed to attract responsible international investment while offering eligible applicants and their families a direct pathway to citizenship. The Government of São Tomé and Príncipe has publicly confirmed the implementation of a citizenship-by-investment/donation framework as part of its investment mobilisation strategy.
General Eligibility
The principal applicant should:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Demonstrate good character and a clean criminal record
- Provide evidence of a legitimate source of funds
- Meet applicable health and due-diligence requirements
- Make the prescribed government contribution after meeting the program requirements
