Spain Residency

Spain offers several residence pathways for non-EU nationals seeking to live, work, establish a business or work remotely from one of Europe’s most attractive destinations.

As a member of the European Union and Schengen Area, Spain combines excellent infrastructure, healthcare, education, international connectivity and a high quality of life.

Spain Self-Employed Work Visa

The Spain Self-Employed Work Visa is designed for eligible non-EU nationals who intend to establish or carry out an independent professional or business activity in Spain.

Applicants must demonstrate that the proposed activity is viable and that they possess the qualifications, licences and sufficient financial resources required to establish and operate the business.
