Eligibility requirements vary considerably between provinces and streams. A job offer, specific age range or minimum CRS score is not mandatory for every PNP pathway.
Application Process
Ways to Apply for the PNP
There are two principal application routes:
Non-Express Entry PNP
Under this route, the applicant applies directly to a province or territory under an eligible non-Express Entry stream.
After receiving a nomination, the applicant submits a separate online permanent residence application to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada through the Permanent Residence Portal.

The required documents depend on the selected province, stream and personal circumstances. Applicants may generally need:
Valid passport or travel document
Language test results
Educational documents or an Educational Credential Assessment
Employment reference letters
Proof of work experience
Proof of settlement funds, where required
