Subclass 190 – Skilled Nominated Visa

The Skilled Nominated Visa (Subclass 190) is a points-tested permanent residence visa for skilled professionals nominated by an Australian state or territory government.

Successful applicants can live, work and study permanently anywhere in Australia. However, applicants are generally expected to demonstrate a genuine intention to live and work in the state or territory that nominated them.
