Investment Routes
Real Estate Investors
Applicants may qualify through ownership of one or more UAE properties with a combined value of at least AED 2 million, subject to the requirements of the relevant land department and immigration authority.
Public Investors
Applicants may qualify through:
- An approved investment fund deposit of at least AED 2 million
- Ownership or partnership in a UAE company meeting the required investment value
- A qualifying fixed deposit, local bond or sukuk investment
- A qualifying annual tax contribution of at least AED 250,000
Supporting financial, licensing and tax documents may be required.
Skilled Professionals
Specialised professionals may qualify where they hold an eligible UAE employment contract, an accredited bachelor’s degree or higher, and meet the applicable professional and salary requirements.
For certain skilled-professional applications in Dubai, the listed minimum monthly salary is AED 30,000, together with supporting bank statements and professional documents.
